Bridgette’s Counselling training and life experience as a mother, wife, drama teacher and Counsellor has equipped her with the tools to support you within group work. Having worked on a Rape Crisis Helpline, within adult bereavement, a young person mental health charity and more recently with foster carers navigating developmental trauma, her goal is always to help you feel supported and empowered.

Bridgette’s qualifications include a Foundation Degree in Integrative Counselling, a Diploma in Children in the Workforce, Online and Clinical Supervision Training, DDP 1 & 2, Safeguarding, Supporting Suicide, and other professional development courses.
